Vera Ilnyckyj was in the middle of healing after her divorce when she suffered another blow; she lost her job too.
At the time, Vera felt like a failure. She felt lost, with the tags that defined her identity stripped away.
As she continued to heal, Vera began to see her situation, not as a loss of identity but as an opportunity to create a new one. She set about remembering her values and rediscovering the things she loved to do in life. She discovered herself as a person.
Vera then founded Practical Wisdom Coaching to guide mid-life women in navigating their changes. Vera provides masterclasses, workshops, and retreats as well as 1 to 1 coaching. She is also a certified yoga nidra teacher.
