Just after the birth of his son four years ago, Gary Smith had a row with his wife. Angry, Gary slammed the door and walked out of the house.

That was the sort of thing Gary had witnessed many times in his childhood. He realised that he didn't want his son to grow up fearing him like Gary had feared his father. Gary made a decision then and there to change.

Gary joins me to talk about his healing journey and the coaching practice he is now setting up for new fathers in the same position. Gary shows that breaking the generational chains that tie us to a dysfunctional cycle is possible.
